I have revised this review because of the positive way that GreyCampus have reacted. -Started the online PRINCE2 foundation and practise courses (via Udemy) and was 25% of the way through. The course suddenly changed from a visually informative, professionally presented and engaging course to something else that was not my definition of an education process and was way below the quality of the former course. Apparently, this is the 2017 "update" to the course I preferred to learn the older, "out of date" material and not this new version that I had been given "for free" so I couldn't initiate initiate a refund. As a result, I wrote a fairly critical review of the course and GreyCampus. However, GreyCampus did take note and have stepped in and given me DIRECT access to the older 2009 courses (where Udemy couldn't) and although I still lost my "progress", I could n't be happier! Doing them again is good and also more challenging direct with GreyCampus. Unfortunately, the replacement course "is what it is" but it could be brilliant if you could present it in the same way as the 2009 version. THANK YOU "DEB", "BELLA" & GREYCAMPUS - FAITH RESTORED!

I was lucky to be the only student in the class and received one on one training on the material. Jared is very knowledgeable about Project Management and brings his past experience to the class. He helped us understand the structure of the PMBOK text and provided guidance with key points to focus on, study techniques and test preparation. Right up front he let everyone in the class know that preparation would take personal effort beyond just the course. Once you have submitted your application to take the test and have been accepted, you have a year to pay for and pass the test. Shouldn't take that long but you've got plenty of time to prepare. Applying for the test is almost like applying for a job. Alan provided critical guidance in filling out the application as well.

Previously, I tried the boot camp on my own and was not successful. Hajara, did a wonderful job of providing real-life scenarios vs. the PMBOK. The PMBOK covers a lot of material for 32 hours of classes. The instructor made everything possible to get the best of the course but in my opinion the PMP course will be better if we have time to review the information covered by a week apart. As an Instructional Designer, I tend to look at courses a bit different so please take that into account when reading this comment. For me, being completely new to ITIL, some of the chapters were very long with little activity or testing between all the knowledge being dumped into my brain. I was wishing there were smaller test or quiz modules appearing more frequently. An example, at the top of the "next" page in some of these longer chapters, there's a few notes about "think what you've learned". Instead of that, I'd really like to see a quick quiz there or a knowledge check. Reviewing on such a big topic without structure was ineffective for me. I did however pass my ITIL4 Foundations and I am very pleased! I found the use of flash cards I created extremely useful.

So, a couple of things that could be helpful for the training content specifically. - a quick overview of the PMBOK text book - an overview of PMBOK logic as this would help frame what and why the content flows the way it does and inform how the content will be presented, and how ultimately how to 'practice' the content in preparation for the exam. The geographical location of the training was great for me The instructor was engaging and encouraging - he did a fine job! Overall, the exam did well in identifying my weak spot on Monitor and Controlling. That was the only item I was below target for the test. I should have taken practice tests sooner to work on my weaknesses. I plan to retake the test and focus on my weak spots.
