Course Description

ITIL 4 release is not a jump from ITIL v3, the transition is from ITIL 2011 version to ITIL 4. Yet ITIL 4 expands on the previous versions and is compatible with the existing certification scheme. It is much more practical than previous versions and keeps up with the digital trends of software requirement and IT operations.

ITIL 4 development involved industry experts across the globe and is totally community driven. The framework has undergone a significant overhaul to contribute and deliver value to the business. The focus of the release is to bring in flexibility and adaptability in the ITSM. Many of the ITSM practices are tweaked for better customer experience, value streams, and digital transformation. ITIL 4 has embraced Lean, Agile and DevOps models into the framework to manage services in the new, more complex, world.
