Course Description

Agile Framework comes into the picture in projects that focus on incremental delivery and fast feedback loop. Unlike traditional projects that involve a lot of upfront planning, Agile projects take a short-sprint planning approach. The main assumption in Agile projects is that project requirement may change at any stage in the project and spending the time to craft a plan for the entire project duration is futile and this agile methodology framework is being implemented by many top organizations across the globe and hence there is a need for skilled agile practitioners.

PMI ACP is the agile certification being offered by PMI and is the fastest growing certification that is best suited to learn and implement agile practices. This PMI agile training course includes the aspects related to innovation, maintenance, development, and designing of a project that executes on short durations and prepares you to become an Agile Certified Practitioner.
