Cisco WebEx is used to conduct Live Online sessions at Grey Campus. Please follow the steps listed below and get connected to GreyCampus Live Online session.
Prior to the training session, you will receive an invitation via email from GreyCampus support team.
You have to open the invitation email and click on Accept link. Once you Accept the invitation, you will receive a second email with a link to join the live online session.
After you click on the link, a new web page is opened, where you have to enter your Name and Email address and click on Join button.
After you click on join, Cisco WebEx Player will be downloaded and launched on your computer.
Double click on Connect to Audio icon and get connected to the online session. Once you are connected to the session the Connect to Audio icon changes to green color.
If you have any queries for the presenter, you can click on Chat icon, which is present on the top right-hand corner of your screen and type your queries. You have the option to share your query with everyone or only to the presenter. The presenter may answer your queries immediately or they may do it at a later stage.
During the session you also have the option to take down the notes. You can click Note icon, which is present on the top right-hand corner of your screen. You can also save your notes in a text format at desired location in your system.
Whiteboard can be used by the presenter to draw objects or write texts. All participants can view the whiteboard. The presenter has the option to save this information and can also share it to the participants if required.
You can also share your desktop screen with other participants. You can do this by clicking on Share Screen Icon. You can stop screen sharing by clicking Stop Sharing button.
You can leave the Live Online session at anytime you want by clicking Leave Room button. The online session will be still on for other participants.
