Difference Between Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt:

The six sigma essentially focuses on Six Sigma Concepts and tools whereas Lean Six Sigma focuses on lean concepts and principles.

Roles and Responsibilities of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified Professionals:

  1. Green Belts may typically work within Technical grades and assure that they see this role as part of their progression within an organization

  2. They Should use their projects in an efficient way to deliver the departmental objectives

  3. They should help Black Belts in completing the project successfully

Number of Questions: 100 (20 Questions from each section)

Duration: 3 hours

Type: Multiple Choice

Total Score: 500 points

Minimum Score: 385 points
