This basically defines the balance of the sections in the schools on quality because first of all we going to look at quality planning and then we're going to look at quality control. Start the top left from the customer you getcustomers quality expectations which lead to acceptance criteria andthen these are recorded in the project products correction.
From the project products correction we apply out quality management strategy to produce the product description. The product descriptions include quality criteria and tolerances specify the quality methods and also assigned quality responsibilities within use these to plan out quality activities and these activities are recorded in the quality register.
As products become available we execute these quality activities and produce quality and approval records based on what has happened. And for all of the products eventually we would generate acceptance records as the products are accepted and also the separation into the PRINCE2 products-based planning technique activities and the PRINCE2 quality review technique activities and finally note the overlap around quality register where we plan the activities in the quality register as part of quality planning and then we execute those activities as part of quality control.
The three constituents sets of activities of these:
First of all we identify at all one of the projects products
Then we define them in products descriptions which include those quality attributes as well
We implement and track the quality methods employed throughout the project
