The owner of the ITIL has delegated the examination administration to PeopleCert and APMG International accredited Companies. These companies will conduct the Exam and issue the certificate. Candidates for the ITIL 2011 Foundation Certification would need to contact the Accredited Training Organizations (ATO) or Examination accredited Institutes and arrange for the examination to get certification.
